All amounts are in Euro. The site may display rough estimates in another currency for convenience, but the actual charge is always the fixed Euro amount shown here.
⏱️ Settlement timeline
- Day 0 — You win. Service charges are calculated and disclosed.
- Day 0–14 — Payment window. The full amount (winning bid + service charges − any admin discount) is drawn from your running balance.
- Day 14 — Deadline. If the full amount has not been paid, the purchase is cancelled and €550 is forfeited.
- After payment — Slot consumed. That slot's worth of balance (€550) is spent.
- Immediately after payment — Tracking begins. Your car enters the nine-step export tracking process.
💰 Balance rules
- Single running balance per customer. There is no separate wallet and top-up balance.
- Deposits accumulate. Top up any amount, at any time, with no cap and no expiry.
- Balance is applied at payment time. When a car is won, the full amount is drawn from the running balance.
- Unused balance can be withdrawn at any time. A €55 fee applies per withdrawal, waived entirely if the balance being withdrawn is under €550.
- One purchase slot = €550. A €1,650 balance allows three purchases.
- No cross-border transactions. All money in Euro, into our Ireland-based account.
🏷️ Service charges & discounts
Service charges are calculated after a win and disclosed to you before payment is due. They are not known in advance because they depend on the specific car and destination.
Discounts are applied case-by-case by an admin to an individual purchase. Every discount is recorded with a note (the reason), an "approved" flag, and the username of the admin who applied it. You will see the discount, if any, on your settlement breakdown before payment.
